Zypto Premium Visa Cards

Zypto's Premium Visa Cards are the most fully featured way to spend crypto in the real world. Available as both virtual and physical cards, they're managed directly in the Zypto app and accepted anywhere Visa is accepted in 180+ countries.

Virtual and physical Premium cards share the same features. The virtual card is issued instantly after KYC approval, and the physical card is shipped to your door (typically within 1 business day). Both support 3D Secure, mobile wallet integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), and full in-app management including balance checks, transaction history, PIN changes, and freeze/unfreeze.

Premium Card Benefits

Premium Visa Cards come loaded with benefits through the Visa Signature Credit program. Cardholders get access to travel, lifestyle, health, and purchase protections at no extra cost, including:

  • Visa Luxury Hotel Collection access (900+ properties worldwide)

  • Airport lounge access via Visa Airport Companion

  • 24/7 Visa Digital Concierge for travel, dining, and entertainment

  • International Emergency Medical Services and virtual doctor consultations

  • Extended Warranty, Purchase Protection, and Price Protection on eligible transactions

  • Auto Rental Insurance, Baggage Delay and Loss coverage

Getting a Premium Card

To get a Premium card, you'll need to complete identity verification (KYC) through SumSub. This involves a valid passport or ID, a selfie, and proof of address. Once approved:

  • Your virtual card is issued instantly, ready for online purchases and mobile wallet payments. Virtual cards can also be used at ATMs that support NFC (contactless) withdrawals.

  • Your physical card ships within 1 business day, giving you full ATM access and in-store tap-to-pay on top of everything the virtual card offers.

With no activation fee, no monthly fee, and no creation fee for the virtual card, the Premium Visa is one of the most cost-effective crypto cards available.

Non-Reloadable Virtual Cards

If you need a quick card for a one-off purchase without going through the Premium card onboarding process, non-reloadable virtual cards are available. These are single-use prepaid Visa or Mastercard cards provided by third-party suppliers that you purchase with crypto and redeem on the supplier's platform.

Non-reloadable cards are best suited for one-off payments and can usually be added to mobile wallets. For the full details on how they work, fees, and troubleshooting, see our dedicated Non-Reloadable Virtual Cards article.

Which Card Should I Choose?

For most users, the Premium Visa Card is the way to go. It's reloadable, fully managed in the Zypto app, has no monthly fee, supports 3D Secure and mobile wallets, and comes with Visa Signature travel, lifestyle, and purchase benefits included. The virtual card is issued instantly and the physical card adds full ATM access and in-store payments.

If you just need a quick, single-use card for a one-time purchase, a Non-Reloadable card gets you up and running in minutes. We recommend starting with a low value card to test it for your use case before committing more.

Still not sure? Our support team is available 24/7 in most regions to help you pick the right card for your needs.
