Canceling a MoneyGram-powered Cash-to-Crypto transaction in the Zypto app is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure your transaction is canceled, and your refund is processed.
Step 1: Open the Zypto App
Launch the Zypto app on your device.
Step 2: Select the Wallet
Navigate to the wallet used for the MoneyGram transaction. Ensure this is the same wallet where the transaction was initiated.
Step 3: Go to the Pending Tab
Click on the Pending tab to view all ongoing or incomplete transactions.
Step 4: Locate Your Transaction
Identify the MoneyGram transaction that is yet to be completed. It should be listed under the pending transactions.
Step 5: Open the Transaction Details
Click on the transaction card to see the details. A pop-up will appear with critical information about the transaction.
Step 6: Click on more info in the withdrawal card
Within the transaction pop-up, click on Open in Browser to view the full transaction details and options to retrieve Reference number and other details regarding this transactions
Step 7: Click Open in Browser to Cancel the Transaction
In the browser, locate and click the Cancel Transaction option.
Step 8: Select a Reason for Cancellation
Choose the appropriate reason for canceling the transaction from the options provided.
Step 9: Confirm Cancellation
Once you've selected the reason, click Cancel Request. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation.
Step 10: Final Confirmation
Click Confirm to complete the cancellation process.
Step 11: Refund Processing
Your transaction will be canceled, and the refund will be credited back to your wallet. You will receive a confirmation message notifying you that the cancellation was successful.
This process ensures that any pending transaction you no longer wish to complete is safely canceled, with funds returned promptly to your wallet for future use.
