I have a “This wallet is not eligible for MoneyGram transactions” error

MoneyGram operates under strict regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols to ensure secure and transparent transactions. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

  • Every transaction undergoes internal reviews and may be paused or flagged due to potential risk factors.

  • MoneyGram reserves the right to deny transactions based on its policies.

My transaction is "Blocked" at the MoneyGram branch. What can I do?

In the rare event that a transaction is blocked, the MoneyGram employee at the branch will not be able to process the withdrawal for you.

If this occurs, the transaction cannot be canceled or completed, leaving the funds temporarily inaccessible.

Please be aware: The Zypto app will not notify you if a transaction has been blocked. Such issues may stem from problems at the MoneyGram branch itself or restrictions related to your account. Unfortunately, you will only learn of this when visiting the MoneyGram location to complete the withdrawal.

For clarity and assistance, we recommend contacting the MoneyGram branch directly or reaching out to their customer support for further details.

The amount I receive is different from what I see in the app. What can I do?

When cashing out USDC through MoneyGram, the digital currency is seamlessly converted into your local currency at competitive exchange rates available at the time of withdrawal.
