What Are Zypto Gift Cards?
Zypto lets you buy gift cards from popular brands using crypto. Gift cards are a quick way to spend your crypto at your favourite retailers, gaming platforms, and services without needing a Zypto card.
Gift cards are sold at face value, so you pay exactly what the card is worth (plus blockchain gas fees). And every gift card purchase earns you ZYPsBack, which works like cashback but in ZYPs (Zypto Points). The higher your Rewards Hub level, the more ZYPsBack you earn on each purchase.
How to Buy a Gift Card
Go to the Gift Cards section in the Zypto App, under Cards & Payments. You can also find a selection on the Zypto website.
Browse or search for the brand you want (e.g. Steam, Amazon, Netflix, etc.).
Select the denomination (value) you want.
Choose the cryptocurrency and blockchain you want to pay with.
Complete the payment. You pay the face value of the card plus blockchain gas fees.
Once payment is confirmed, your gift card code will be delivered to the email address associated with your account, and your ZYPsBack will be credited to your rewards balance.
Earning ZYPsBack on Gift Cards
Every gift card purchase earns you ZYPsBack automatically. The amount you earn depends on your current Rewards Hub level. The higher your level, the greater the percentage of ZYPsBack you receive on each purchase. Check the Rewards Hub in the Zypto app to see your current level and ZYPsBack rate.

How You Receive Your Gift Card
After your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your gift card details (typically a redemption code and sometimes a PIN) are sent to your registered email address. You can also check your order status and gift card details on your Zypto dashboard.
Delivery is usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation, but may take longer depending on blockchain congestion or supplier processing times.
How to Redeem a Gift Card
Each gift card comes with a redemption code (and sometimes a PIN). To use it, go to the retailer's website or app, find the "redeem gift card" or "apply code" section, and enter the code provided. The value will be added to your account with that retailer.
Keep your gift card code safe. Gift card codes are like cash and cannot be recovered if lost or shared with someone else.
Common Issues
I paid but didn't receive my gift card
First, check your email (including spam and junk folders) for the gift card delivery email. Also check your Zypto dashboard for the order status. If your dashboard shows the order as paid but the gift card hasn't arrived, or if it shows "not paid" even though the blockchain transaction was confirmed, contact support with your order ID and the email address used. We'll check with the supplier and get it sorted.
If your gift card hasn't arrived within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, don't wait. Contact support straight away.
My dashboard shows the wrong status
Occasionally the dashboard may show an order as unpaid even though the crypto payment went through. This can happen if there was a delay in detecting the transaction. Contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash from the blockchain, and we'll reconcile it.
Gift card code doesn't work
Make sure you're entering the code on the correct retailer's website and in the right region. Some gift cards are region-specific (e.g. a USD Amazon card won't work on amazon.co.uk). If the code is definitely correct and for the right region but still not working, contact support with the order ID and we'll investigate with the supplier.
I want a refund for my gift card
Gift cards are generally non-refundable once the code has been delivered. If the gift card was never delivered or if the code is defective, contact support and we'll either resolve the issue with the supplier or process a refund to your crypto wallet.

Face value pricing: Gift cards are sold at face value. You pay the card's denomination plus blockchain gas fees only.
Earn while you spend: Every gift card purchase earns ZYPsBack. Level up in the Rewards Hub to earn more.
Check availability: Gift card brands and denominations vary by region. If you don't see what you're looking for, it may not be available in your country.
Keep your codes safe: Gift card codes are delivered once and cannot be re-sent if lost. Save them somewhere secure.
Low-fee chains save money: Paying with crypto on low-fee chains like Base, BNB Smart Chain, or Solana keeps your blockchain transaction costs to a minimum.
