Before diving into troubleshooting, ensure you have the latest version of Zypto App installed on your device. Zypto App acts as a bridge to various blockchains, holding keys that allow you to connect to the network, check balances, and make transactions. Here’s how to track down your missing funds:
1: Check if the Coin/Token is Supported
Unsupported coins/tokens won't appear in the wallet and you may need to check the unverified tokens from the app setting within the wallet Interface
For some blockchains like ERC20, TT20, WAN20, etc., you can add a Custom Token.
Note: Tokens might not show properly if their token logo isn't in the database.
2: Confirm Balance of an Address
Check if your wallet addresses hold crypto by browsing blockchain explorers.
Example: For Ethereum (ETH), visit Etherscan and search for your address to see your balance and transactions.
Possible Causes if Balance Doesn't Show:
You're accessing a different wallet.
You've restored the wrong recovery phrases.
Your wallet might be compromised.
3: Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you are online by opening a browser or another app that requires internet.
Switch off/on your Mobile Data or try a different WiFi Hotspot.
If connection issues persist, check your device settings or contact your Internet provider.
4: Reimport Your Wallet
Backup your wallet before proceeding.
Remove and restore your wallet to fix issues like inaccurate balances or pending transactions.
Follow the steps closely to re-import your wallet correctly.
5: Test on Another Device (Optional)
Use a spare phone or tablet to install Zypto App and test your wallet.
This helps isolate the issue and provides useful information if a support ticket is needed.
6: Submit a Ticket
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, submit a ticket to Zypto Support & Feedback.
