This section addresses common inquiries about our global USD physical cards. If your question isn't covered, our agents are always available to assist you

Where can I use my Physical Crypto Card?

Your Physical Crypto Card can be used at any merchant that accepts non-3D secure payment forms.

However, please note that certain payment service providers may not accept this form of payment. It's advised to confirm with specific merchants beforehand.

Please also refer to the list of approved countries for each card type for further information.

Can I add my Physical Crypto Card to a mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay & Google Pay?

No, the Physical USD Crypto Card is not tokenized and currently not compatible with these services. If this feature becomes available in the future, we will let you know.

Meanwhile, the Virtual Crypto Card can be added to mobile wallets.

What are the spending and ATM withdrawal limits on Physical Crypto Cards?

  • Maximum balance limit: $100,000 USD

  • Maximum monthly spending limit: $150,000 USD

  • ATM withdrawal limits:
    - $2000 USD max withdrawal per day
    - $1000 USD max per withdrawal
    - 60% of balance maximum on withdrawal
    - $20,000 USD max per month in ATM withdrawals

What are the fees to acquire the Physical Crypto Card, and the fees on reload?

The fees are as follows:

  • Card Acquisition: $15.00

  • Card Activation: $10.00

  • Shipping: $25.00 to $35.00 based on location

  • Monthly card maintenance fee: $12.00

  • Reload/top-up: $6 + 4.50%

  • POS/Online purchase: $0.3 per transaction

  • ATM withdrawal: $2.5 + 1%

  • ATM Balance inquiry: $1.00

  • Foreign currency (non-USD) transaction: 2.75%

  • Initial deposit to obtain card: $100 USD to cover card acquisition, activation, and shipping. Extra will be credited to your card directly

How long does it take for the card to refill?

The time it takes for the card to refill depends on the speed of the selected blockchain. For Bitcoin, it could take between 15 and 45 minutes. Faster blockchains may take no more than a few minutes.

Please allow a prudent amount of time before contacting support as most requests are due to not waiting for blockchain confirmations.

Do the Physical Crypto Cards have 3D Secure?

Currently, the Global USD cards do not have a 3D secure system in place. They may not work in situations where 3D secure authentication is required.

However, we are actively working on expanding our card options to include a 3D secure card. Additionally, more currency options are planned for the near future.

What should I do if my Zypto Card is lost or stolen?

If your Physical Crypto Card is lost or stolen, please contact customer support immediately to report the incident. We will deactivate your card and issue a replacement card with the remaining balance transferred to the new card, subject to verification and security protocols.

Can I use my Physical Crypto Card for online purchases?

Yes, your Physical Crypto Card can be used for online purchases at merchants that accept non-3D secure payment forms.

Are there any restrictions on the types of transactions I can make with my Physical Crypto Card?

Physical Crypto Cards can typically be used for a wide range of transactions, including online shopping, bill payments and subscriptions.

However, there may be certain restrictions on specific types of transactions, such as gambling or adult entertainment sites. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided with your card for details on any restrictions.

Are there any limits on the number of Physical Crypto Cards I can have?

Yes. Every user who has passed KYC can have at the most 4 physical cards.

Can I transfer funds between different Physical Crypto Cards?

Certainly. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask you to reach out to our support team. At the moment, this task cannot be performed by the user directly, however our dedicated support team will be happy to assist you promptly and efficiently.

Is there a limit on the number of times I can reload or top-up my Physical Crypto Card?

Users can reload and utilise the cards repeatedly, as long as they adhere to the balance and spending limits. The only constraint in this scenario is the card's expiry date, after which a new card would need to be ordered.

How do I update my personal information associated with my Physical Crypto Card account?

To update your personal information associated with your Physical Crypto Card account, please contact customer support. Our support team will assist you with the necessary steps to update your information accurately and securely.

What is the process for upgrading my Physical Crypto Card to a higher limit or a different type of card?

If you require a higher limit beyond the current card's specifications (load and spending limits provided above), please consider obtaining additional cards.

Each verified user can hold up to a maximum of four cards. You can issue a card directly from your account by logging in to our website.
