This guide walks you through ordering a Zypto Premium Visa Card. The entire process is handled in the Zypto app through SumSub verification and typically takes just a few minutes.
Premium cards are available as both virtual and physical, and share the same features: 3D Secure, mobile wallet support (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), full in-app management, and Visa Signature benefits. For a full overview of card types, see Zypto Card Types Explained.
Before You Start
Have the following ready:
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence), not expired
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months)
The Zypto app updated to the latest version
Step 1: Open Cards & Payments
Open the Zypto app and tap the Cards & Payments icon (card and cart icon) on the bottom navigation bar. This section contains all of Zypto's payment products.
Step 2: Select the Premium Visa Card
Choose "Get Your Zypto Visa Card" and tap the button to proceed.
Step 3: Enter Your Details
Fill in your email address, phone number, and full name. Tap "Continue" once everything is correct.
Step 4: Complete SumSub Verification
The app will open SumSub for identity verification. The entire KYC process happens here:
Select your region (USA or All Countries Except USA).
Enter your personal information: date of birth, residential address, and contact number.
Upload your ID: take or upload clear photos of the front and back of your document. Make sure the images are well-lit, in focus, and show all four corners.
Complete the selfie check: remove glasses, masks, or hats, face the camera directly, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Submit: your application is reviewed automatically. This usually takes just a few minutes.

Step 5: Accept Terms and Conditions
Review and accept Zypto's Terms and Conditions to proceed.
Step 6: Your Card Is Ready
Once KYC is approved:
Your virtual card is issued instantly in the app, ready for online purchases and mobile wallet payments.
If you ordered a physical card, it ships within 1 business day and typically arrives within 5-14 business days.
